The top image was taken in October 2014 showing my original condition. The lower image was taken in December 2014 after using EYE CE II and HYDRO CELLUSION. I consulted a doctor on my falling eyelid and eye bag problem. I requested him to perform surgery to remove my problem but he refused. When I became acquainted with SOL products, I tried EYE CE II and HYDRO CELLUSION. I applied them in the morning and before bedtime. Within 2 weeks my problem is gone and I feel so good! I continued to use EYE CE II and HYDRO CELLUSION.
